Welcome to Rapidez Writer. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.rapidezwriter.com and any engagement of our executive career architecture services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Who We Are

Rapidez Writer is India’s executive career architecture firm, serving Directors, CXOs, and Board Members through resume and LinkedIn rebranding, executive bios, interview coaching, career roadmaps, and related advisory services. Rapidez Writer is operated as a sole proprietorship, registered under applicable Indian tax law (ITR-3), and holds a Letter of Undertaking (LUT) for export of services to international clients.

2. Nature of Our Services

Rapidez Writer provides career positioning, personal branding, and document advisory services based on information you provide and our professional judgment developed through 17+ years in HR and executive search. Our engagement includes services such as resume architecture, LinkedIn optimization, executive bios, Naukri profile builds, interview coaching, and 15-year career roadmaps, as agreed in your specific engagement letter or proposal.

We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, promotions, or placement outcomes. Career outcomes depend on market conditions, your qualifications, employer decisions, and factors entirely outside our control. Our commitment is to the quality, strategy, and craft of the deliverable itself, not to any specific employment result.

3. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all career history, employment dates, achievements, credentials, and other information you share with us. Rapidez Writer builds your documents based on what you provide and does not independently verify employment history, credentials, or claims. Misrepresentation of facts in any deliverable remains your responsibility.

4. Engagement Process and Deliverables

  • Services begin upon confirmation of your engagement and receipt of the applicable payment, as outlined in your proposal or engagement letter.
  • Deliverables (resumes, LinkedIn content, bios, roadmaps, etc.) are provided in the format and timeline agreed at the start of the engagement.
  • Revision rounds, where included, are as specified in your specific package or proposal. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be treated as a separate engagement.
  • All documents are human-drafted and reviewed by our team; we do not deliver unedited AI-generated output, consistent with our “Human-driven. Recruiter-backed. Zero AI drafts.” commitment.

5. Fees and Payment

  • Fees for services are as quoted in your proposal, invoice, or engagement letter, and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Rapidez Writer does not store your card or banking credentials.
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST, where applicable, will be added as per Indian law. Export of services to international clients is governed by our LUT registration.
  • Delayed or failed payments may result in a pause of ongoing work until resolved.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Given the personalized, time-intensive nature of our work, fees are generally non-refundable once work on your engagement has commenced.
  • If you wish to cancel before work has begun, please contact us; refund eligibility will depend on the specific terms of your proposal or engagement letter.
  • Dissatisfaction with stylistic choices within the agreed scope is addressed through the revision process outlined in your engagement, not through a refund.

7. Confidentiality

We understand that many of our clients engage us while still employed, and that discretion can matter as much as the deliverable itself.

  • All career information you share is treated as confidential and used solely to deliver your engagement.
  • We do not disclose your engagement with us, or any details of it, to your current employer, colleagues, or any third party without your explicit written consent.
  • We do not use your name, company, or identifiable career details in testimonials, case studies, or marketing material without your prior written approval.
  • Our full data handling practices are set out in our separate Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered documents (resume, LinkedIn copy, bio, roadmap, etc.) transfers to you for your personal career use.
  • Rapidez Writer retains ownership of its underlying frameworks, methodologies, templates, checklists (including the 9-Point Excellence Checklist), and proprietary processes used to create your deliverables. These may not be copied, resold, or redistributed.
  • Drafts, working files, and internal notes remain the property of Rapidez Writer.

9. Client Conduct

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful information for use in your deliverables.
  • Engage respectfully with our team throughout the process.
  • Use delivered documents lawfully and not misrepresent Rapidez Writer’s role or involvement beyond what is factually accurate.

We reserve the right to pause or decline an engagement where information provided appears knowingly false or where conduct toward our team is abusive.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rapidez Writer’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of employment opportunity, income, or reputational impact, arising from the use of our deliverables.

11. Third-Party Tools

Our website and service delivery may use third-party tools such as HubSpot (CRM), Razorpay (payments), and our hosting provider. Your use of these integrated services is also subject to those providers’ own terms, where applicable.

12. Website Use

  • Content on this website, including copy, design, and branding, is the property of Rapidez Writer and may not be reproduced without permission.
  • You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its normal operation.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The “Last Updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
