Prashanth Mudaliar began his career in executive search in the mid-2000s, at a time when India’s leadership talent market was beginning its rapid transformation. Over the next decade and a half, he built a reputation as one of the most rigorous and insightful search consultants operating across India and the emerging markets of the Middle East and Africa.
He worked hiring mandates for some of the most demanding organisations in the world, placing CFOs, CTOs, Managing Directors, and C-suite leaders at conglomerates, multinationals, family offices, and sovereign-backed entities. In doing so, he screened tens of thousands of senior executive profiles. He saw what worked. He saw what didn’t. And he noticed a troubling pattern.
The Gap He Couldn't Ignore

In 2017, Prashanth launched Rapidez Writer, bringing the recruiter’s eye, the search firm’s market intelligence, and the genuine understanding of what boards and hiring committees actually look for into the executive career branding space.

Launched India's leadership search and executive consulting firm. First mandates across Financial Services and Technology in Bangalore and Mumbai.
Opened operations across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Bahrain. Began serving GCC-based organisations with India-to-Gulf leadership transitions and regional C-suite mandates.
Entered Sub-Saharan and North African markets. Built deep relationships with multinationals and development sector organisations across Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Ghana, and Egypt.
Identified the critical gap between executive talent and executive presentation. Launched Rapidez Writer, bringing recruiter-intelligence to career branding for the first time. First 100 clients within 6 months.
COVID-19 accelerated cross-border executive mobility. Rapidez Writer launched its cross-market career strategy service, positioning leaders for roles across India, GCC, and Africa simultaneously.
Rapidez Writer surpassed 3,000 senior leaders rebranded across 11 countries. Launched the proprietary 15-Year Career Roadmap. Maintained strict zero-AI policy across all client work.
