Prashanth Mudaliar was raised in a lower-middle-class family from Bengaluru, India, His family didn’t inherit Entrepreneurship in their DNA but hardship in life presented the opportunity to survive & earn a living out of it which is called "Business for Survival”.
The most intriguing question for our customers is - Why the name RAPIDEZ?
Unveiling the truth!! Rapidez is derived from a Spanish word that translates to SPEED which grabbed a unique differentiation.
Officially registered as Rapidez HR Global Service emerged as a Recruitment Consultant in the year 2011 with an upfront Investment of 10K including a Pre-owned HP Laptop & Positive mindset to grow as an organization.
In 30 days we acquired ITES/BPO clients such as Siemens, Adityabirla Group, WNS, etc. Later we understood the market was not profitable, Gradually we moved into Technology & Leadership Hiring with a strong presence in India, Africa, Dubai, etc.
Our Expertise grew tremendously in C-Suite or Board Level positions such as CEO, CTO, CFO & Directors as part of improving the ratio of shortlisting we had a dedicated person to Format the resumes to check spelling errors & modify them according to the role.
This is where Rapidez Writers- Resume Writing Services by Professional Recruiters a new model emerged to offer services like Resume Writing, LinkedIn branding & Career Counselling & Leadership Coaching, etc.
We still remember our First Resume created for Rohan Jain an IIM applicant we charged Rs.1000 for a #Resume #Linkedinoptimization and Naukriprofileoptimization along with interview coaching, The USP was Prashanth was backed with Talent acquisition exposure from 10 years knew What Recruiters are looking for?
Hardly within 25 days cracked the job with the highest package, This was our first success story motivated us that we treading towards a new journey.
To our surprise, we acquired 8 new referrals from Rohan - The message was Simple
